This eBook is for you if you are struggling for answers, like I was in the midst of our infertility journey.  After years of no success, I suffered two miscarriages (the third came later, but that’s another story) and wanted to find a way forward.  Here I give you 7 simple steps to help you prepare your body for a healthy pregnancy.

How I Can Help You

Do any of these sound like your experience:

  • Struggling to conceive naturally?
  • Been given an ‘unexplained infertility’ diagnosis?
  • Had unsuccessful fertility treatment?
  • Been through the pain of pregnancy loss one or more times?
  • Feel like you don’t have any control over your fertility?

Whether you are trying to conceive naturally or you want to increase your chances of a successful IVF cycle, addressing your nutrition and some elements of your lifestyle is a powerful way to regain some control over your body and optimise your fertility. My aim, as a fertility nutritionist, is to support you to achieve a healthy conception and ultimately a healthy baby.

Your body is unique and your body’s needs to achieve optimal fertility are unique. Through a thorough evaluation of your history and experiences together with the latest research and state of the art functional tests, my aim is to support YOUR individual fertility nutrient requirements.

Nutritional support can be used for:

  • egg quality
  • sperm health
  • PCOS
  • amenorrhea
  • endometriosis
  • unexplained infertility

as well as many other underlying imbalances.

If you have reached the next stage of the journey having happily achieved pregnancy, the functional approach is to support individual pregnancy nutrition and enhance mother’s health. This ensures the right levels of nutrients both for baby’s development and your own particular needs to achieve your best postpartum heath. For those up to two years postpartum, support for breastfeeding nutrition and to avoid postnatal depletion syndrome are the areas where my capacity as a pregnancy nutritionist focusses on the new needs you now have to optimise your health. What My Clients Say

We turned to Kirsten after 2+yrs of TTC, infertility treatment and a miscarriage; deciding to take an IVF pause to get to the root of what was going on. In part, I wanted to work with a realistic nutritionist. Balancing work / life / infertility is a job in itself, let alone having to further upend another area of life that is meant to bring joy. And it’s because of that, when she gave direction, I knew it was because it would really make a difference. Throughout, Kirsten has listened and cared. She knows from first hand experience how hard this journey is so her compassion is genuinely authentic. She is so knowledgeable but presents it in a way you can make sense of. We’re still on our fertility journey but having just undergone another stim cycle, and a bout of of covid shortly after, without doubt my body handled those with much more ease than before. We also got the best day 5 embryo results we’ve ever had. Whilst I was working with other functional practitioners at the same time, I believe Kirsten is one of those experts that has driven some of the most noticeably positive improvements. And we thank her for that

Natalie, Kent

Our daughter has suffered with eczema and psoriasis since she was very young, causing not only great discomfort but a loss of self confidence.  She also has coeliac disease.  Through her sessions with Kirsten, she has developed a greater understanding of her condition and how the foods she eats can impact her energy, mood and eczema.  As a result, she has adapted her diet and added some supplements – her psoriasis has cleared up and her eczema is greatly improved!  She is much happier – thank you!!

Suzi, Norfolk

I found Kirsten after two 1st trimester baby losses. I was feeling very hopeless and scared to try again and a friend had recommended I looked into nutrition. Kirsten has been amazing – I have totally changed the way I eat and plan my meals for the week to make sure I am giving my body what it needs. She also helped me find some great supplements that would help me too. I feel so much better for the changes I’ve made whilst working with Kirsten and It was really good for me to have something to focus on and have some control over too. I am now over 20wks pregnant, everything is going well so far and I will be forever grateful that I found Kirsten. Thanks again Kirsten!
